WHAT IS REIKI? (pronounced Ray-Key) is a Universal Life Force Energy where the healer acts as a conduit and directs the universal energy to the client with the intention of healing them by using their hands. Dr Usui rediscovered Reiki in the 19th century.
WHAT CAN REIKI DO FOR YOU? Clients who had Reiki treatment say that they feel lighter, happier and sleeping well. They feel more relaxed and feel positive in life. Reiki helps you to discover your authentic self and motivates you to live your dreams and make it a reality. Reiki healing can do very deep to beta level whereby client might feel they have been sleeping for a longer time than actually is. Reiki helps you have peace of mind and helps you to overcome challenges in a peaceful and compassionate way.
WHAT CAN REIKI TREAT?Reiki focuses on healing entire body as it has its own intelligence and does not need to be directed into a singe part. Also 7 chakras are healed and focused upon by the healer during the healing treatment. Our lives are so busy and we have so many experiences on a daily basis from negative to positive. If some of those negative experiences go deep into our sub conscious we start feeling negative, depressed,fearful, anxiety and much more. Those experiences get stored near our chakras which then blocks our chakra’s from flowing smoothly which in return affects our performance and overall in our life.With Reiki your chakra’s get restored and works efficiently again.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A REIKI SESSION? During the Reiki session the healer places his or her hands very lightly on the body in a variety of positions focusing on all the major chakra’s . Client is requested to lie down on and requested to wear light coloured clothing to allow the energy flow smoothly. The energy will flow where it needs to flow as it has it own intelligence and go to the root or the sub conscious mind and heal it.
HOW DOES REIKI FEEL? Each and every client have different experiences during the treatment. Some clients feel very happy and see visions of different things. Some feel very emotional and cry. Some feel tingling sensations. Most of my clients say that they feel that heavy burden is lifted of them and they feel like going straight to sleep after the treatment.
IS REIKI SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE? Yes Reiki is suitable for everyone as far as the client is willing to receive the treatment. As a healers we cannot go againts a client freewill choice to heal or treat them. It has worked well on children, plants, animals and even electronic devices.
DISTANT HEALING REIKI is also very effective when given a distantly as lifeforce energy is everywhere the healer just acts as a conduit to heal the person.
WHAT IS KARUNA REIKI? Karuna is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translated to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as “compassionate action”. When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one. As we help others and aid them in their healing process, all beings benefit. Because of the oneness of all beings, it is understood that Karuna is not only extended to others out of love, but also because it is an entirely logical thing to do. In the same way that you would want to heal your own wounds, you would also want the wounds of others to heal. It is also stated in the Buddhist literature that Karuna must be accompanied by parjna or wisdom in order to have the right effect.
Karuna is the motivating quality of all enlightened beings who are working to end suffering on Earth. They continually send an unlimited amount of healing energy and guidance to us, but not all are receptive to it. As you develop Karuna in yourself, not only are you helping others, but you also become more receptive to the Karuna that is being sent by all enlightened beings. Thus your healing is quickened as well.
Karuna Reiki opens you to work more closely with all enlightened beings. This includes those enlightened ones who are physically present as well as those in spirit.
